One of the most common questions I am asked lately is about property tax reassessment.  Many people who bought homes in the last several years have experienced a potential decline in their home value, and this could open the door for a reassessment and lowering of their property taxes.  The good news is that the county assessor’s office has been re-assessing the value of most homes sold in the last 6 years, and yours could be one of them.
